This whole thing does remind me of conferences we have all attended, usually associated with our place of work.
"Right, now we are all going to form groups, and each group has the ask of coming up with an idea. Each group will appoint a leader whose job it is to write down the idea on the white board." Remember.
And, what happens at the end of the conference. Correct.
